The concept of Trekker started out as the name of a pair of black and cement Jordan 3’s that Ronald Applin/Kwaze Joblo wore all over the United States pursuing his goals as a fashion and landscape photographer. He began calling himself Trekker because he was always exploring and adventuring for food, art, history, and more. After slowing down from his photography ambitions he and his assistant realized the should have documented all the places and spaces they discovered.

Ronald/Kwaze is Trekker but Trekker is also the name of docuseries while also being envisioned as a movement that seeks to bring visibility to the positivity that community and organization coming together can bring to society and the environment. The docuseries Trekker: At the Heart of Everything looks to tell great Americans stories about communities and organizations and the characteristics they give our world.

Trekker Snacks is an extension of Trekker that offers tasty treats for the proceeds to mostly go to producing the docuseries. The Ronald Applin Firm is an independent business and uses its own resources to bring its ideas to life. The Ronald Applin Firm would prefer to not ask for money without offering something in return…why not something for the sweet tooth.
